friendly staff central location complimentary drinks
The staff were indeed friendly and quite helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I found the complimentary tea and coffee to be a lovely touch, especially the communal areas. The hotel is very central, tucked away yet close to the main attractions..
I noticed the absence of a television in the room. Perhaps a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning.

central location helpful staff beautiful walk
The location allowed walking to major attractions like the sagrada familia. i walked over seven miles daily. staff were helpful. Annie at the front desk helped me with local routes. my walk back from the castle passed the olympic stadium.
I noticed plastic bags used in the trash cans. This seemed contrary to the eco-friendly nature.

missing soundproofing limited breakfast
the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to transportation.
The room lacked soundproofing. i heard noise from other rooms and the street. This affected my sleep. also, the breakfast was very limited. i found few appealing options.

genuinely satisfied!
secure luggage excellent location helpful staff
we were genuinely very satisfied with our stay. we stayed as a group of four and booked two rooms, and, we felt comfortable. even though we arrived early, they securely stored our luggage while the rooms were being prepared. this allowed us to explore the city without any hassle, a big plus for us. the staff were really good, genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. they answered our questions patiently.
super noisy. the heavy fire doors slam all the time and we could hear things in the hotel all night like folk coming up the beautiful staircase. couldn't open windows as the street was noisy.
